About Me
Hi! I’m Víctor Angulo and I was born in Seville, a beautiful city in the south of Spain, where I studied graphic design.
I started my design journey with Photoshop, making photo montages that I can’t help but laugh at now. When I was little, I also made stop-motion films with my father, which was probably one of the reasons I became so interested in motion.
I’m really into films and series, from admiring opening title sequences to watching behind-the-scenes footage and VFX breakdowns. As a motion designer, I’m particularly interested in rhythm, composition and visual storytelling. I enjoy turning complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals, and I’m quite detail-oriented when it comes to making an animation feel cohesive and intentional.
Music is another big passion of mine. I play piano and electric guitar, and I used to be in a band. I listen to everything from electronic and alt-rock to classical, jazz and K-pop, and I think that musical background has strongly influenced the way I approach timing and rhythm in animation.
I’m also always curious to learn new things, which has led me to collect quite a few hobbies over the years: reading, magic, juggling, chess, painting, photography, building domino chains (this one is a bit of a weird one), swing dancing…
And despite all that, I’m ridiculously bad at making recommendations!
